✓ Refunds or replacements are provided only for genuine quality issues
✓ Issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
✓ Products must be unopened and in original packaging
When CAN You Return or Claim a Refund?
You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:
✓ Product is damaged during delivery (leakage, broken seal)
✓ Wrong product received
✓ Product is expired or near expiry (Best Before date crossed)
✓ Quality issue (spoiled, rancid, moldy)
✓ Missing item from your order
✓ Order not delivered even after 7–10 days

✗ Change of mind after delivery

✗ Product damaged due to improper storage
✗ Product spoiled due to heat, sunlight, or mishandling
How to Request a Refund or Return (4 Easy Steps)

Step 2: Share Evidence 📸
Send clear photos of:
✓ The defective or damaged product
✓ Outer and inner packaging
✓ Invoice or receipt
✓ Video proof (if required, especially for liquid items)
Step 3: Approval Process ✅
Within 24 hours, we will:
✓ Review the evidence
✓ Approve or reject the request
✓ Share a return reference number (if applicable)
✓ Arrange free pickup (where applicable)
Step 4: Refund or Replacement 💰
Once the product is inspected:
✓ Refund: Credited within 7–10 working days
✓ Replacement: Shipped within 3–5 working days

Order Cancellation
Before Shipping (Within First 2 Hours):

Cash on Delivery (COD) Refusals

Lost or Not Received Orders
If marked delivered but not received:

✓ Contact courier partner

If confirmed lost → Full refund or free reshipment
Damaged During Delivery
Report within 24 hours with photos of:

✓ Broken seal
✓ Spilled contents
