Food safety is our top priority. Therefore:

✓ Food products are generally non-returnable
✓ Refunds or replacements are provided only for genuine quality issues
✓ Issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
✓ Products must be unopened and in original packaging


When CAN You Return or Claim a Refund?

You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

✓ Product is damaged during delivery (leakage, broken seal)
✓ Wrong product received
✓ Product is expired or near expiry (Best Before date crossed)
✓ Quality issue (spoiled, rancid, moldy)
✓ Missing item from your order
✓ Order not delivered even after 7–10 days


When CAN’T You Return or Claim a Refund?

✗ Product already opened or consumed
✗ Taste preference issues (taste is personal)
✗ Change of mind after delivery
✗ Issue reported after 48 hours
✗ Product damaged due to improper storage
✗ Product spoiled due to heat, sunlight, or mishandling


How to Request a Refund or Return (4 Easy Steps)

Step 1: Report the Issue 📱

Please share:
✓ Order number
✓ Description of the issue
✓ Photos (mandatory for approval)


Step 2: Share Evidence 📸

Send clear photos of:
✓ The defective or damaged product
✓ Outer and inner packaging
✓ Invoice or receipt
✓ Video proof (if required, especially for liquid items)


Step 3: Approval Process ✅

Within 24 hours, we will:
✓ Review the evidence
✓ Approve or reject the request
✓ Share a return reference number (if applicable)
✓ Arrange free pickup (where applicable)


Step 4: Refund or Replacement 💰

Once the product is inspected:

Refund: Credited within 7–10 working days
Replacement: Shipped within 3–5 working days


Refund Timeline (Approximate)

  • Issue reported: Within 24 hours

  • Review & inspection: 3–5 days

  • Refund initiated: 1–2 days

  • Bank processing: 5–7 days

Total time: 10–15 working days from reporting


Refund Amount

Full Refund (100%) if:
✓ Product is damaged or defective
✓ Wrong product delivered
✓ Order cancelled before shipping

Partial Refund if:
✓ Only part of the order is defective
✓ Shipping charges may be deducted if the issue is customer-related


How Will You Receive the Refund?

  • Card / UPI: Same payment method (5–7 days)

  • Net Banking: Bank account (5–7 days)

  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer (7–10 days)

For COD refunds, please provide:
✓ Account holder name
✓ Account number
✓ IFSC code


Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may choose:
✓ Free replacement
✓ Same or alternate product
✓ No additional shipping charges
✓ Dispatched within 3–5 days


Order Cancellation

Before Shipping (Within First 2 Hours):
✓ Free cancellation
✓ Full refund
✓ Same-day approval

After Shipping:
✗ Cancellation not allowed
✓ You may refuse delivery
✓ Return shipping charges may apply


Cash on Delivery (COD) Refusals

✓ Genuine issues → Full refund allowed
✗ Unnecessary refusals → Extra charges deducted
✗ Repeated refusals → COD option may be disabled


Lost or Not Received Orders

If marked delivered but not received:
✓ Check with neighbors/security
✓ Contact courier partner
✓ Inform us with proof

If confirmed lost → Full refund or free reshipment


Damaged During Delivery

Report within 24 hours with photos of:
✓ Damaged package
✓ Broken seal
✓ Spilled contents

Food Safety Restrictions (As per FSSAI Rules)

✗ Opened products cannot be returned
✗ Consumed or partially consumed items not eligible
