Where Do We Deliver?

How Long Will Delivery Take?

Processing Time
✓ Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days after payment
✓ Orders placed on weekends or holidays are delivered on the next working day


What Happens When You Order?

✓ You place the order and complete payment
✓ We prepare and pack your order (1–2 days)
✓ Order is handed over to the courier partner
✓ Courier picks up from our facility
✓ Order is delivered to your address
✓ You receive and accept the package


Track Your Order

✓ Tracking number shared via SMS/Email
✓ Track shipment on the courier partner’s website
✓ View order status in your account
✓ Receive updates at every delivery stage


How Is Your Food Packed?

✓ Sealed in food-safe containers
✓ Protected with bubble wrap
✓ Tamper-proof sealing applied
✓ Ice packs used for perishable items (if required)
✓ Eco-friendly and recyclable packaging materials


Before Accepting Delivery

✓ Ensure the outer packaging is not damaged
✓ Check that the seal is intact
✓ Look for any leakage
✓ If damaged, refuse delivery immediately


What If Delivery Fails?

We attempt delivery up to 3 times:

  • First attempt – Day 1

  • Second attempt – Day 2

  • Third attempt – Day 3

If all attempts fail, the order is returned to us and a refund will be initiated.


Failed Delivery? Here’s How to Avoid It

✓ Provide a complete address with landmarks
✓ Keep your phone reachable
✓ Be available during delivery hours
✓ Add an alternate contact number if possible
✓ Track your order regularly


Lost or Damaged Package

If not received:
✓ Once confirmed lost, a full refund or free reshipment will be provided

If received damaged:
✓ Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
✓ Share clear photos of the package
✓ We will arrange a replacement or refund


Address Change

✗ Address changes are not allowed after the order is placed
✗ Address cannot be changed once the order is shipped


Bulk Orders

For bulk orders (25+ units):
✓ Special pricing available
✓ Custom delivery schedules possible

Please contact us in advance for bulk requirements.


Problems Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
✗ Bad weather conditions
✗ Natural disasters
✗ Strikes or bandh
✗ Government restrictions
✗ Courier partner operational issues

We will notify you if such delays occur.
