✓ All products follow FSSAI food safety rules
✓ We use cold-pressed oils and no artificial preservatives
✓ Products may have slight variations (they’re handmade!)
✓ Always check the “Best Before” date before consumption

2. How to Order

✓ You must be 18 years or older to place an order
✓ Provide correct information (name, address, phone number)
✓ Orders are final once payment is completed
✓ We reserve the right to cancel orders if required
✓ Prices shown are final and inclusive of all applicable taxes

3. Payment

✓ We accept Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery
✓ All payments are secure and encrypted
✓ Prices may change without prior notice
✓ Shipping charges are additional and shown before checkout

4. Shipping & Delivery

✓ Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
✓ Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on location
✓ A tracking number will be provided once shipped
✓ Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
✓ Check the package before accepting delivery (refuse if damaged)

5. Food Storage & Safety

✓ Follow storage instructions mentioned on the packaging
✓ Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate if advised
✓ Always use clean, dry spoons
✓ Close containers tightly after use
✓ Consumption after the expiry date is at the customer’s own risk

6. Returns & Refunds

✓ Report issues within 24–48 hours of delivery
✓ Returns accepted only for damaged, expired, or incorrect items
✓ Opened packages are not eligible for return (food safety policy)
✓ Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
✓ Replacement may be provided for genuine defects

By placing an order, you confirm that:

Taste preferences vary. Disliking a flavor does not qualify for a refund due to food safety regulations.
